Legal Statements on Returns:
Returning any item within 10 days will be taken as notice of cancellation of your order (or relevant part of your order). You must, however, return the goods to Once Upon A Toy on cancellation, in order to receive a full refund or exchange. When returning goods on which you have received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold and the refund will be adjusted accordingly. Orders collected from Once Upon a Toy incur no handling charge. Your statutory rights on returns are not affected.
Returns and Refunds
You can return your order for any reason within 10 days and we will refund the price of goods or replace (whichever is preferred). Unless faulty, goods will be returned at the customer’s expense and postage charges will not be refunded. All goods must be returned in original packaging and a resalable condition.
Personalised items cannot be returned.

Please return your name, contact details and order number within the parcel.
We recommend you send the parcel by Recorded Post and retain proof of postage.
We will email you to confirm safe receipt of your returned item and will refund or exchange your item within 1 week of receipt.
