Finding Toys or Other Items
Have you tried the search facility on the left. Type in part of the name of the item and click go. If you have tried the search facility then click here to ask us and we'll get back to you about availability usually within 24 hours by e-mail. Of course you can also telephone on 01302 759500 in office hours.

Payment Types
We accept all major credit cards plus cheques or postal order. Cheques should be made payable to Once Upon A Toy. Telephone or Fax orders are welcome. Items cannot be sent until payment has been received. Cheques require 7 days to clear.

Delivery
Items in stock are normally despatch within 48 hours and are sent by First Class Royal Mail. In the case of overseas orders, by air mail. Tracking numbers are not available using these methods. The time required for delivery is shown next to each item.
